We are specialized in "Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Gracie Jiu-Jitsu", a grappling art that was popularized in America by the legendary “Gracie family”.
This training system known as “The Gentle Art”, concentrates on controlling your opponents by using angles, leverages and superior body positioning, on a way that you can control your opponent without having to hurt him with “punches and kicks”, for this reason Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is nowadays the most used Martial Art on the Law enforcement system.
Our BJJ system provides tools where a small person can take advantage on a much larger opponent by using angles and leverages. That is why we are well known as the most effective martial art in the world.

Where are we located?
We have two locations to better serve the Northern Virginia demand for this incredible Martial Art system. We are located inside the "Sport & Health Clubs", "Skyline Falls Church" and "Woodbridge".
Classes are open to men, women and teens of all skills levels. If you are in the Northern Virginia area and would like to learn a realistic self defense in a relaxed, yet challenging on a warm enviroment, please come and attend a free week trial. We welcome all martial artist, regardless of style and previous training experience.
